Abbie is a CILEx qualified paralegal and holds a law degree from the University of Kent. She brings a lot of experience to the firm from her previous career in residential property but is now looking to follow a long-held ambition to become a Police Station Advisor and Magistrates Court Advocate.
Abbie will be supervised by Laura Porteous, a long-established member of the Shaw Graham Kersh team, while she undertakes the three years of qualifying employment necessary to become a Chartered Legal Executive Lawyer.
Abbie is a diligent and organised paralegal whose professionalism and ability to remain composed under pressure has been praised by senior colleagues. She has previously volunteered with children with complex needs and adults suffering from mental health issues, experience she now brings to her role as a criminal defence paralegal.
